Hey there!

I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of you who have been part of my journey. As much as I've loved snuggling babies and supporting moms through my business, overnights are only sustainable for so long. So, I've decided to take a step back and focus more on my own family.

While I won't be a full-time doula, you can still catch me a few days a week at Root and Rise in Rockland, MA. My friends are opening this wonderful space - the first perinatal-focused mental health clinic in the Greater Boston area. This is a place where clinical excellence meets heart-centered care. Where healing is nurtured, growth is honored, and mothers are never left to rise alone. I'm excited to continue being involved in our community and exploring new opportunities there. I'm grateful for all the memories we've created together and look forward to what lies ahead.
